When you purchase one of our products or services and register to our application called OPTIMA or when you contact us within scope of services that we provide, you may be required to provide us your certain personal data.

For example, when you receive a message by using Optima messaging service, we are required to collect content of this message to deliver message content to your softphone operator, to show you, and allow you to reply this and to store this message until you chose to delete relevant message.

You may contact by sending e-mail to optima@optima.tc address to change your data (İ.e, name, address or invoice details) or correct your erroneous data.
